    Hello
On Windows 10 (and later) CCleaner is useless UNLESS you have a specific reason to use it (malfunction).
If you choose to use it, leave the default settings.

If the reason is lack of disk space, start by uninstalling unused programs and sorting through "my documents." (if there are two drives, move "my documents".

Finally, regarding passwords, it's always scary to read "nor the saved passwords", because it implies that if a cache clears, a browser bugs out, or the PC crashes, you lose everything... It's a precarious approach.
If you don’t want to lose your passwords, there are password management solutions that I recommend using; it helps you not lose everything in case of issues.

Similarly, a PC is fallible; your important files (at a minimum) should be backed up elsewhere daily, the Web is a good option, it allows you to recover the information even if your PC gets stolen.

    Best regards
