Facebook connection issues: name confirmation request

Hello,

Since yesterday I haven't been able to log into my Facebook account because I'm being asked to "confirm my name and identity" by sending one or more attachments. Not knowing what to do, I sent my current profile picture and reset my password, and I received the following message: "We will review the documents you have sent and get back to you. If we need help verifying your name, we will contact you again for additional documents."

Knowing that my name on Facebook is not the same as my real name, I am afraid they will ask me to send my ID as an attachment and that I will never be able to log back into my account. I would be very grateful if someone could shed some light on this. Thank you in advance.

    What you sent is not valid. You need to provide an official document.
    Anyway, they will contact you to let you know.

      This is the only message that Facebook shows me: We will review the documents you have sent and get back to you. If we need help confirming your name, we will contact you for additional documents.
      and log out
      so it doesn't go beyond this point.
