    Hello

and for good reason, it doesn't exist in the way you think. But I will give you a tip to save space, and rest assured..

Open your phone application and type this code

    Dial *#9900#
In letters: star pound 9900 pound

Then you will see a list of files, including this one

    delete dumpstate/logat

Press it and restart your phone.. and I repeat, rest assured.

Thank you for your response. After several attempts, there are still no results; the trash still contains emails.

should have said that you were talking about an email box... which email box? moreover, it may take 24 hours for it to be taken into account..

I'm talking about my iPhone, and the trash of my email box, are there other trash bins?
My phone plan is FREE, and my email box is ORANGE. Before, I used to delete them without any problem, and for the past few days, I can no longer delete them. I have 154 emails in the "email downloads" trash and nothing is displayed.

Here you are on the Samsung forum and you're telling me you have an iPHONE? Right now and for the past few days, Orange has been having issues with their servers or connections via smartphones and tablets, so you might be affected. Some people also lost access to Orange's cloud. Otherwise, delete your Orange account, reset your iPhone, and set it up again to see. For now, clear them via your PC...
