Hello, the indicator light on my Toshiba TV is blinking red and green without stopping, but the TV won't turn on.

How can I turn the TV on?

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 7.0

I don't know if it will help you because for me it was with my SFR box, but you have to wait for it to go through, and if it doesn't, it's screwed. If it goes through but keeps happening all the time, it's also screwed. But as I said, I'm not sure that it does that.
