Hello everyone,

I have a big problem with my AMD graphics card.

After formatting my PC, my "AMD" graphics card has completely disappeared and I can't find it in the device manager, and now I'm only using "Intel."

I've downloaded all the AMD drivers you can imagine and I can't install any of these drivers, the same error keeps showing up:

"The AMD Installer cannot continue because no AMD graphics hardware was detected."

or

"No eligible components are found to install."

I also switched from Windows 10 to Windows 8.1, same problem.

I also checked in safe mode and found nothing.

Here are the specifications of my PC running Windows 8.1 Pro:

- Toshiba L50-B, Core i7.
- Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500.
- AMD Radeon R7 m260.

Please help me because I'm stuck and can't find a solution.

PS: Before the formatting, my graphics card was working properly; as soon as I formatted it, it disappeared.

Thank you.

Reinstall the drivers and drivers for your motherboard... for the graphics card, you'll see later... maybe the PCI are no longer recognized...
