Unable to connect to Play Store (Android 6.0)

Hello,
I can't connect to my Play Store, my Android version is 6.0 (Marshmallow) and since then I can't create a Google account, upload videos on YouTube, or access Gmail even though my phone connects well to Wi-Fi.
Play Store version 8.2.56.T-all [FP] 170066809
Google Play Service version 9.4.52 (430-127739847)

Hello, I had this problem one day, I advise you first not to delete the play store because I made that mistake and I don't remember how I found a solution, but it was difficult. So for the connection issue, you need to go into the settings, then go to applications, then play store, and finally clear the application's cache. Let me know if it works.

I have already tried everything, deleting the data, clearing the cache but it still doesn't work.
I also did the same for Google Play services.
