Continental Edison TV won't turn off anymore

Hello, I have a problem that has been going on for two days with my Continental Edison 80cm TV. The issue is that when I try to turn it off, the screen goes black, but the little red light keeps flashing, so to avoid a return to the repair service, I would need your help. Please note that it has already been sent for repair for HDMI, which was out of order— I think this has nothing to do with this problem. I'm hoping for a solution. Thank you in advance.

    Hello,
    Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait a quarter of an hour, and then plug everything back in.
    If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "return to factory settings" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.
