Hello,
thank you all for taking the time to read and especially to respond to me.
A small image is more illustrative.
The thick black cable on the left is the FT arrival which is distributed in pairs on the DPI on the left.
Currently, only one tenant is connected: the blue and white pair at the top right (there are 5 of us in total).
The orange and yellow pairs as well as the white and gray are connected to nothing (the cable is not connected to anything).
My question is as follows: Knowing that my line is activated (email and final phone number received), how do I determine which line on the right I should plug the white/blue pair coming from my apartment into?
Thank you for your responses.
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 61.0.3163.91

Hi,
you are absolutely not allowed to touch the connections in this box; only the telephone installer based on Orange's instructions can obtain the terminal configuration of the line, including the correct start + pair.
Don't you have a DTI at home?
If not,
your operator must call Orange, who will indicate the correct position on this cable head.

and... There you go!-
So, in order:
1-Thank you for your response
2-It doesn't really suit me but oh well...
3-Yes, I do have a DTI but since the cable isn't plugged in...
4-I don't know what to do anymore because an SFR technician was supposed to call me back since last Thursday and that's for a contract signed at the end of August.
There you go, there you go, there you go.
Thanks anyway.
