Torn France Telecom cables

Hello everyone,

Following a violent storm two weeks ago, the France Telecom cable coming from the pole on the side of the road and connected to my house was torn off at a junction box located outside.
I would like to repair it myself since getting an intervention from the telecom company requires planning ahead; I should have anticipated the storm two weeks ago!

At the end of the cable coming from the road, I have 3 wires, each in a black sheath, and for the cable coming from my house, there are at least 10 with different colors.

So my question is the following: Where should I connect my 3 wires to those from the house?

I can send you photos by email if needed.

Thank you all

    Hi,
especially don’t touch anything, just yell at them at 1013.

      >>>Brupala: I've seen more relevant interventions from you... excuse me: how do you expect FT to be aware of all the possible issues on their lines... personally, I live in a "windy" area (13430) and I don't see anything wrong with reporting a specific wire or cable that's fallen to the ground or hanging by the grace of God...
Moreover, the 1013 number is only accessible for FT subscribers, even if you use their wired network through another ISP, this number does not go through...
So: why ask him to yell at them... I find that the phone works pretty well, in France... don't you? ;)

      oh?
2 weeks broken line without intervention, isn't that a reason to complain?
      well yes,
otherwise FT is no longer existing, for your information, everything is orange today, lacking the taste.
I imagine our friend johnray reported the incident a long time ago, otherwise, he has no right to complain about the restoration delay.

"I imagine our friend Johnray reported the incident a long time ago, otherwise, he has no right to complain about the downtime." Maybe?

Not wrong, but personally, I had an intervention DURING THE DAY... even though I wasn't even involved... but it's always the story of the trains that arrive late... we only talk about them...! ;)
