No, the link you provided for the catalog doesn't work for Firefox versions 55 and above. The author of the addon suggests downgrading to version 1.13.8 instead of 1.13.10. -

I had this mishap with Firefox 55.0.3 (64-bit).
I simply reinstalled version 1.13.10, the icon is back, and updates are now working normally, through the "Filter List" tab ==> Update Now. -

it doesn't work either with Firefox 55.0.2 (64) and Ublock 1.14.8

PS: Disabling/enabling restarts Ublock, but it needs to be done regularly.
