Hello,
Hello,
I changed my Freebox server
after that
Freebox TV on VLC stopped working
impossible to get the list of channels
I reinstalled VLC 2.2.6
adding the Free HTTP as always
same...no list of channels
I followed the advice of billmaxime on this forum
I have the list of channels
but can't launch a channel by clicking on it
in the right column "playlist", it seems that a line is missing in the "internet" section regarding Free
I get an error message:
"Your input media cannot be opened:
VLC cannot open 'rtsp://mafreebox.freebox.fr/fbxtv_pub/stream?namespace=1&service=213&flavour=ld'. Check the messages for more details.
but VLC scans the list and shows at the bottom right the channel normally accessible in the order of the list
sorry if I lack clarity
thank you
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 55.0

Hello,
I installed ADSL TV
I only have the radio list
the Z...tv software wasn't working either, it keeps closing
I uninstalled everything using Revo
I reinstalled VLC 64 bits
curiously, vlc.exe is located in the "Program" folder
I had to add it manually to the Windows 10 firewall
I’m adding the address: http://mafreebox.freebox.fr/freeboxtv/playlist.m3u
I get the error message:
Your input media cannot be opened:
VLC cannot open “: http://mafreebox.freebox.fr/freeboxtv/playlist.m3u”. Check the messages for more details.
I have been using VLC with my Freebox for years
the change of Freebox server has disturbed everything
I also have some minor issues with Windows 10 which adds flaws with every update
I’m thinking about reinstalling Windows 10
thanks again-
ZedTV, ADSL TV, and other applications of this type use VLC to capture the streams from TV channels.
Since this doesn't work with any of these programs, it’s your VLC firewall configuration that poses a problem for me.
I don’t know the built-in firewall of Windows 10 because I use Norton, but I think it shouldn’t be too difficult to do. However, in principle, at least for ADSL TV, it’s at the first launch that the permission is granted by the Windows firewall or any other, without needing to do anything particular.
In Windows 10 v.1703, you may also need to go to the Windows Defender Security Center. In my case, that’s where I had to disable the Application and Browser Control because it seemed to be blocking or interfering with ZedTV, preventing its launch.
If you have Avast in addition, it seems to me that a few years ago, this could generate this type of problem for ADSL TV, but I don’t know if that’s still the case.
On the other hand, to avoid bothering you once the issue with VLC is resolved, use the solution from ARMAGEDDON to find Freebox TV in the VLC interface if you want: https://forum.universfreebox.com/viewtopic.php?t=45214.
Certainly, the channel list is not up to date (D8 for C8 now), but it works well.
As for the Freebox Server, I assume you have the Revolution, which I don’t know; there doesn't seem to be any connection since it only provides access to your TV box's hard drive and to your "network".
Finally, reinstalling Windows 10, that’s up to you...
I just leave you a page from Malekal if necessary: https://www.malekal.com/tag/windows-10/
