Black border at the top of the screen

Question

Hello I know the question has been asked several times, but I keep searching the internet and none of the solutions work, and the black border is still there at the top of my screen.  So I have a black border at the top of my screen and I can't place the mouse over it. I pressed the "Auto" button at the bottom of my screen, but it doesn't readjust. The screen adjustment is all the way up, plus I can't adjust it. Online, it says to launch AMD Catalyst Control Center in advanced mode, click on scaling options, and set it to 0%, but I can't find it. I have no solutions left, so if you can help me fix this problem, please.  I have a Packard Bell screen and my resolution is 1600x1200. I'm on Windows 8.1  Thanks in advance

Hello,  Don't get upset over so little for two reasons:  - during the summer season, everyone goes on vacation, so we are not necessarily in front of our computers!  - we are all volunteers, so we help out when we have the time! I'm sorry for the negative message; it's just that I see more recent topics than mine that have already been resolved. And in April, I had a problem with Java and solved it myself.  Thank you for replying to me, and my graphics card driver is up to date and my screen resolution is correct.

Everyone responds based on their knowledge!  If you see that some posts received a response faster than your message, that's normal!  Go to your screen settings (on the screen and not on the graphics driver) to see if there's an adjustment to be made, like 4:3 or 16:9 format!    -- O.o°* ??? try changing the image format to see!  you say the screen is set to 16/12!  try setting it to 4/3 or 16/9 to see!  this seems more and more like a format issue than anything else!  -- O.o°* ???Breathe deeply, write your message in proper French and clearly.
