Hello
I know the question has been asked several times, but I keep searching the internet and none of the solutions work, and the black border is still there at the top of my screen.
So I have a black border at the top of my screen and I can't place the mouse over it.
I pressed the "Auto" button at the bottom of my screen, but it doesn't readjust.
The screen adjustment is all the way up, plus I can't adjust it.
Online, it says to launch AMD Catalyst Control Center in advanced mode, click on scaling options, and set it to 0%, but I can't find it.
I have no solutions left, so if you can help me fix this problem, please.
I have a Packard Bell screen and my resolution is 1600x1200.
I'm on Windows 8.1
Thanks in advance
