Hello, good evening to you.
For the past 2-3 hours, my computer has had a big issue. I was playing games on my PC when suddenly the screen froze. I then turned off the computer using the main button, and now when I start it up, it shows "error loading system." I restarted the PC and entered the setup by pressing F2, but I'm not very familiar with it and I'm not sure what to do in there since I really need my computer! Thank you very much anyway.

Hi,
Which brand?
Because there might be a key to start a restoration.
Otherwise, generically, you can do it this way but it’s longer.
From another computer:
- Download the Windows 10 installation ISO: https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/software-download/windows10
- Prepare a installation medium on a USB key or DVD by following the Media Creation Tool steps.
On the "sick" computer:
- Boot from it by modifying the boot sequence and indicating the USB key or DVD: How to boot the computer from a USB key
If the USB key doesn't work, try to recreate it with Rufus: how to download Rufus - see this tutorial for details: how to create a Windows installation USB key
- Go to repair your computer
- Advanced options
and reset Windows.
If it gets stuck or is impossible.
Restart again from the USB key or DVD.
Go to install Windows and follow the prompts to reinstall Windows.
- Follow the prompts to install Windows 10.
- Choose customize as the installation.
- Proceed with the installation on this partition. Select the main partition.
The installer will tell you that Windows is already present and suggest to move it.
Do not format.
Your user data will be copied into a subfolder of https://www.malekal.com/le-dossier-windows-old/.
Once Windows is installed, I recommend following these tips to properly configure and use Windows: Tips after reinstalling Windows.
