QHDTV issue

Hello,
I had a normal qhdtv subscription that was working until I was prompted to update.
Since then, I'm getting a starry background with "no connect" written above.
Today I bought another qhdtv subscription and I can't get it to work either.
I've tried several times to install it as mentioned but no luck.
Does anyone have an idea where the problem might be?

Configuration: Android / Chrome 78.0.3904.108

    Hello,

    I have the same problem as you; my QHDTV code, which should normally be active until May 2020, stopped working since February 2020. Have you received any information?

      I had the same problem so I took another app called Molotov, it works much better already.
