Hello,
I bought a Haier brand TV, 55 inches. Like anyone who buys a screen, I'd like to watch a movie. So I downloaded a movie and placed it on a USB drive. When plugging the USB drive into the TV's port, only the photos are displayed :/
Can anyone help me?
Configuration: iPhone / Safari 10.0

Hello,
I would like to add that not all USB ports on televisions allow video playback; sometimes you can only play MP3s or photos.
You should check this in the device’s user manual.
If that’s the case, there are other ways to play your videos on a TV:
- use a home DVD player by burning CD/DVD discs, with or without conversion, or by using the USB port of the device if it has one
- connect the television to a computer using one of the HDMI inputs on the TV if it has one
- use a multimedia external hard drive
- others
If the USB port allows video playback, then refer to the answers from other contributors.
Best regards
