Hello everyone,
I am completely new to this, so I apologize in advance if my question seems unclear or poorly explained; I will do my best:
I have 1080p 3D video files in .mkv format, which are very large. Initially, I was unable to put them on a 32GB USB stick, and I eventually learned that it was the format of the USB stick that was incorrect. I have since converted and reformatted my USB stick from FAT32 (or OS X extended depending on the USB sticks) to ExFAT. I successfully transferred a 17GB video file to my USB stick.
The problem now is: my TV will not read the file. It detects the USB stick, it shows up in the menu, but I cannot play what it contains.
Does anyone have a solution?!
Thank you in advance ;-)
Configuration: Macintosh / Chrome 59.0.3071.115
