Hello everyone, this is my very first post, usually I find answers to my questions by rummaging through the net and on forums but this time... nothing works!
Basically, I'm trying to convert my 500 gig USB drive which is currently in exFAT with Windows 7, to FAT32 format without losing any data.
The reason? I want to be able to play 3D movies on my 3D Blu-ray player which only recognizes the FAT32 format.
3D movies average between 5 gig to 15 gig so obviously FAT32 does not support transferring such files. However, if there is a way to copy my movies onto my drive and then convert it without formatting, I think that would work?
I have been trying several manipulations with various programs, including using the command prompt, for two days now.
Can someone please enlighten me!! =\

Hello. Do you want to change the file system of a medium without removing the data? It's physically impossible.

Why is it then possible to convert from Fat32 to NTFS in the background with the command convert "x":/fs:ntfs?
Is there a way to bypass the 4GB file transfer limit on a USB stick formatted as Fat32?
