Sagem WiFi driver Solved

Question

Hello,

I installed a fixed PC running Windows 7. I plugged in my Sagem 802.11b/g USB slang Wi-Fi key, but it doesn't work because the drivers are not recognized, and of course, I no longer have the installation CD. Where can I find these drivers and how can I install them without an internet connection?

Hi, You should find the exact reference of the wifi key. It might be written on it. Otherwise, try to check in the device manager if you can find the key and its reference.

Hello,

Go to Start
In the search bar
Type --> devmgmt.msc and OK.

Give the hardware ID of the device
It is a number that should look like this as an example:
--> PCI\VEN_1969&DEV_1026&SUBSYS.......
--> USB\.....
If needed, look --> here
Post the number in your next message.

--> Is Windows 7 32 or 64 bits?

Download this driver --> Atheros and place it in your documents.  Right-click on the driver --> vista-2.2.0.27-whql.zip Choose --> extract all  Go to device manager Right-click on the device in question Update driver Search for a driver on my computer Browse Select the folder of the unzipped driver --> vista-2.2.0.27-whql OK, next Restart   -- The human being is at its best when things are at their worst.
