Hello,
I have had a Neuf.fr email account for several years, but I've made mistakes entering the password and now the account is locked...
I can receive emails on my phone and tablet, but I can no longer log in via my PC.
There is no recourse available on the site because I didn’t provide a backup email or phone number, and there is no contact number listed on the site!
Anyway, I want to access my email via my PC and it’s no longer possible...
Can someone please help me?

Small feedback.
I was also stuck with exactly the same problem as "cri4neuf"
Indeed, with Thunderbird I now have access to my emails from my Neuf.fr mailbox
I still cannot access it directly through SFR, but it doesn't matter; the essential thing is there.
