Hello,
Unfortunately, I realize that I am not the only one struggling to access my account with Neuf.
It has been over a month that I have been trying in vain after calling multiple times and always speaking with people who say they will take care of it, I can say that I am very disappointed with this service and the only thing we have left now is to bash them as much as possible, because I will not do any advertising. Maybe they will read this feedback, that’s what I hope;

Honestly... you just need to go to the SFR Neuf website... click on customer space or my account... To create it for the first time (there's a line to create my account or new account)
fill in the requested fields... phone number, customer reference and choose a personal password...
Honestly! There's nothing complicated. Just call them in case you've lost your password or entered a wrong email address...
And to receive invoices (even though we can print them online), I believe it's an option for an additional 3 or 5 euros to be requested from customer service.

I completely agree, but unfortunately, since the merger with SFR, many of us can no longer access this service, my account, and bill consultation even though we have a username and a password.
The Neuf SFR website specifies that the service is currently unavailable.

The main question is what SFR means by currently...

I have the same issues!
Can't access my customer area.
My username stayed the same
But the password is another story!
I had to call customer service,
Who reset a new password for me.
Convenient! And why such a bug??
It was impossible (of course for the person from Neuf/SFR to tell me)

Another bug, I no longer have access to my three Neuf mailboxes,
And this every night!
During the day it's more or less okay...

One of my addresses suffered the same password bug!
Can't log in!!
I had to change it again.

In short, since the merger with SFR, it's total chaos.

Customer service informed me this evening that there are currently malfunctions
On certain webmails and on the recognition of customer areas.

I have access to it again,
And I can (impossible for me for 4 months) finally see my bills!

I already know someone who plans to change their ISP
1) because we weren't even consulted about the change of ISP
2) because they previously had issues with SFR in mobile telephony.

Hi everyone, I also want to say that my Neuf email account is a disaster, especially compared to Hotmail which is perfect: never any bugs, a lot of space available, etc.
Anyway, it's nothing new, the operators, as soon as they get us to sign one of their internet offers, we can no longer reach them except by hotline (business!), now the email account is more than useless, I wanted to correct my address because they messed up my name (which is my address) and it was some kind of "robot" that replied to me with a standard response and I've never heard back or received a correction!
IT'S SHAMEFUL!!! SIMPLY!!!! AND THE WORST PART IS THAT IT'S LIKE THIS FOR OTHERS TOO!!!!

Hi, I want to log in to pop.neuf.fr but it keeps asking me for the username and password. I enter everything correctly, but it doesn't accept it. I'm fed up.
