Black screen even with HDMI Ver.maj blinking

Hello,

When I plug in my Compaq and turn it on, all the indicator lights come on normally and then the Caps Lock and Num Lock lights start flashing, and my screen doesn't start up; it's black even with HDMI, and I don't know what the problem is. It must be something internal because it had several screen issues a long time ago (2 years) and I don't remember exactly, but I opened it several times. I used it with HDMI but then I don't remember much more, and I left it at the back of a drawer until now. Since I don't have a PC at the moment, I just remembered that I have this one, and now I have no screws on the PC or the covers on the bottom, but before buying everything, I wanted to know if I need to purchase anything extra to repair the screen.

Can you please let me know if there's a way I can repair it? Thank you in advance.

It's exactly what I have, but I don't have the CMOS battery anymore. Can a PC work without a CMOS battery?

Yes, a computer can start without a CMOS battery; it's just that the BIOS settings, date, and time will not be saved.
Try the different things in the post I made.

None of them work. But there are some that I can't do because when I unplug the charger from the laptop, it turns off, and without the charger, it doesn't even power on; no LED lights up. I don't know if the battery is dead.
