Hello,
I just went to pick up my brand new devices from Bouygues.
I installed the white bbox, and within 15 minutes I had all the internet connections set up.
However, the black bbox won't turn on?
The power supply seems fine since I can see little lights inside the bbox?
The technician told me to wait 24 hours?
I'm having doubts,

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 60.0.3112.90

Hi,
what you call the black one is the Miami TV box?
Indeed, I think it should work directly if the other one is properly connected and you plug it in correctly.
