Amazing, I contacted SFR just the day before yesterday and in less than a minute, on two occasions I was connected to a representative who resolved my Box issue with an exchange..
They don't ask for any phone number but simply to press the keys 1, 2, or 3 to make your choice
However, you need to call from a landline and not a mobile phone to access 1023
