The HD Box decoder turns off.

Hello,

I am subscribed to Numéricâble. Although I went to "Menu", "decoder settings", "reference parameters" and set it to "disabled" on my decoder, it turns off as soon as my TV is off.
Is this normal?

Hello,
Yes, automatic standby, just go into your decoder settings and turn off the energy-saving function, automatic standby.

Hello, I don't have the "energy-saving" function on my decoder even though I've gone through the entire menu.

I am with SFR, mine did the same thing, and by going into the menu, I found the energy saver option. Disabling that resolved my issue. Check the booklet that came with your decoder to see if there's a similar function, even if it doesn't have the exact same name.
