Impossible to charge "battery temperature too high"

Hello,
Right now it’s true that my phone heats up way too quickly; just a few minutes after I turn it on. I believe the problem comes from the battery because it’s the one that gets hot.
Anyway, the most important issue isn’t there; in fact, it has become impossible to charge my phone. When I try to charge it, it shows "charging interrupted. Battery temperature too high."
I’ve uninstalled all the apps and tried several methods like cleaning the charging port, changing chargers, and I also let the battery rest for a whole day and night, but nothing works. The battery cools down for sure, but I still get the same error message.
I would prefer not to have to change my phone; do you have a solution for me? An app to install? Something to delete?
