Computer Connection Issue - Samsung Galaxy J7

Hello everyone,

I just bought a new Android Samsung Galaxy J7, and I already have a little problem:

When I try to connect my phone to my computer via the cable, my computer does recognize the phone, but doesn't display any of its contents... (see attachment)

Any ideas?

    Hello,

    When the mobile is connected to the PC via USB, you need to swipe your finger down from the top of the mobile screen to bring up the "Connected as a device..." menu and then select "Camera (PTP)"

    Is this better?
