USB mobile connection issue computer busy

Good evening,

I have a problem with the connection from my smartphone to my computer. It is recognized, but then when I want to move folders or files within my internal memory card on my smartphone, it indicates that it is busy. I don't understand why. Nothing is happening.

How can I solve my problem?

    After restarting the PC and the phone or even changing the cable, is the problem still there?

    Are you sure your phone is turned on and unlocked?

    Have you enabled file sharing mode on your phone?
