Long PC reset time

Hello, I bought a laptop today at Boulang**, but the last model was the display one. Once I got home, I noticed that the store's account was still there, so I can't use my laptop. So I decided to format it, but it's starting to take a long time (about 1.5 hours and I'm at 30%...).
Just so you know, I have a good setup: I7-6700HQ, 256GB SSD, and a regular 1TB HDD among other things ^^
So do you think this is normal?
