Merci.

Hello,
About 45 minutes, so I would tend to say that’s not normal.
You can restart the computer, it should continue.
If it’s still not better, from another computer:
- Download the Windows 10 installation ISO: https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/software-download/windows10
- Prepare an installation media on a USB stick or DVD. It's better to use Rufus: how to download Rufus - see this tutorial for details: how to create a Windows installation USB stick
Boot the stuck/sick computer from the USB stick.
Go to "repair my computer".
You can attempt a reset again
and if still not better, you can reinstall Windows, for that:
Boot the stuck/sick computer from the USB stick.
Follow this tutorial how to install Windows 10.
- Let yourself be guided to install Windows 10.
- During the partition phase, select the system partition and format it.
- Proceed to install on this system partition.
- Select the main partition
- The installer will tell you that Windows is already present and will suggest moving it.
Do not format.
Your user data will be copied into a subfolder of Windows.old.
Please press a key to continue the disinfection...

I had over 17,500 detected viruses (I still had some) and I think it's slow because of the viruses.
