Hello.
I am currently in the first year of high school. It has been more than two years since I left middle school. I was at a middle school in Corrèze where I received an iPad when I entered sixth grade. I have owned the iPad for two years. Recently, I had to do a reset. When I restart it, it asks me for "Activation Lock". I enter the ordicollege passwords, but it doesn't work because my account has been disabled. I go to the Apple website to reactivate it. Two options are available to me: either use the email address or answer questions. Neither works. I can't access my email inbox because my iPad is inaccessible and the ordicollege server is not available on any other device. I also don't know the answers to the questions since the platform answered them. The question is: is there a way to unlock the iPad? To retrieve my ordicollege email address?

Hello, there is no way to unlock the iPad if you do not know the Apple ID and password linked to the device.
You will have to go back to the college; they alone can unlock the device.
Normally, the college should have completely erased the device before handing it over to you, and you would have created your own Apple account with your personal email address and stopped using the college's one.
