Hello,
On my Facebook news feed, I sometimes come across posts that my friends like or comment on. I would like to know if it works the same way in reverse—if my friends can see the posts that I like and comment on?
Considering that in the Friends > Manage > Edit Privacy tab, the option "Who can see the people, Pages and lists you follow?" is set to "Only me."
Thank you.

Hello
Of course. As long as what you like or comment on is set to public (or friends).
What you're indicating is just that your friends cannot see the list of all the pages you like on your wall... Or the complete list of your friends.

How can we disable this?
Thank you.
And you can't prevent it.
The only way would be for your friends to stop following you... But unfollowing also means stopping seeing all of your posts.
Yet, with my 35 friends, I don't see posts they comment on or like every day on my feed, so either they are not very active, or as I thought, not everything is displayed.
And if we go to Settings > Blocking > Restricted Users List, can we do something? I quote what is written: If you add a friend to your Restricted List, they will not be able to see the posts you share only with your Friends, but they will be able to see your Public posts, those you post on a mutual friend's timeline, and those in which they are tagged."
FB is not designed to be discreet. The purpose of Facebook is still to make everything as visible as possible.
I told you, it's only what is public or on mutual friends... So if they comment/like stuff on posts of which you're not friends, you won't see anything. Same goes for closed or secret groups that you are not part of.
