"invite ... on messenger"

Hello, I have an urgent and somewhat silly question.. You know when you open a chat bubble on Messenger and it sometimes says "invite x on Messenger," what does that imply? Does it mean that the person is no longer on our friends list? Does it mean that the person doesn't have Messenger?
I know the question is strange, but thank you for your future answers.

    The person either removed themselves from Messenger or they don't use Messenger, there you go :)
