Hello,
About 2 months ago, I received an email from Amazon informing me that, unfortunately, they could not send me the olive oil I had ordered.
I tried several times to write to them to get a refund without success. The moment I sent a message, it came back to me indicating that the address was not found...
I decided to give up and continue my purchases with them.
A week ago, I was expecting a package and received a message saying that the carrier was returning it to them and that I would be refunded 2 to 3 days after the package was received. The package was delivered in Ontario, and I live in Quebec, but for them, it was delivered to me.
Could someone tell me (how it works) to write to them!!!

Instead of trying to write, I would start by changing suppliers because it's important to support those who provide a good service.

I'm going to change companies.
It's starting to strangely feel like theft. I just received a message that I'm going to be reimbursed, but it hasn't happened yet! In total, they owe me nearly $50 for the oil that they refuse to refund (no response to my emails) and the last order.
Really disappointed with Amazon.

I have the same problem, they say my package has been returned but it has been over 2 months and I haven't received anything or been refunded... I can't reach them either. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GET TAKEN IN BY THEM... AMAZON IS OVER.
