Account disabled without reason Solved/Closed

Question

Hello,

This morning I tried to log into my Facebook account, but I found out that it has been disabled, so I can no longer log in and my friends can no longer see my profile.

As a result, since 9 AM this morning I have been trying to contact Facebook (they're extremely frustrating for not having a contact form for non-logged in users), I sent an appeal request via the form and two emails to info@facebook.com (I don’t even know if that address still exists).

The problem is that I can't log into the email account I used to create my account a while back, but I had specified another active email address (the one I receive Facebook notifications on) but no email of warning or reason for the page's deactivation has been sent there!

I even tweeted to Facebook!

It's been 5 hours and still no response.

I would really love for the images on my account not to be lost (yes I know I should have saved them locally)!

If anyone has a solution, thanks in advance!

I'm in the same situation. On August 1st, Facebook disabled my account, which I've had since 2009, for reasons I don't know! Since then, I've been sending emails non-stop but nothing at all. No response. Yesterday, I resigned myself to creating a backup account, but today they disabled it again!
I have all my family on Facebook and many live very far away, and it's the only means of communication we had. I'm slowly losing all my game progress... I'm just devastated. Is this a bug with Facebook?

Hello,

I received an email stating that my account, which was unjustly and without reason disabled, has been reactivated, but I can't log in despite Facebook's email saying everything is okay! I still have:
"Upload a photo of yourself
To access Facebook again, upload a photo where your face is clearly visible. Make sure there is good lighting and the photo isn't blurry. This photo will not be visible to anyone else."

Then after uploading this photo (which they have demanded over 30 times!!)
"Photo uploaded. Thank you. We will notify you when we have reviewed your photo. We are constantly working on your security, which is why you will not be able to use Facebook until the photo has been reviewed."
Stop with this security story! You are not taking care of my security at all! My account has never been hacked. I'm alone in front of my PC at home; no one is logging in for me. I have a solid antivirus that I pay a lot for and is very well known, so this issue comes from Facebook!!!!
I sent my photo again, but days went by, and suddenly... I see that the account has been completely disabled AGAIN!!! Normally, it should say "we will contact you when we have reviewed the photo,” but no, I was totally disabled again!! Reason: unknown!

I have resubmitted my ID every day for a week,
"The form has been submitted successfully
Thank you for contacting Facebook. You should receive a response via email shortly."

Except that the response via email NEVER arrives! I haven't received any since last year when I signed up for Facebook and have been harassed by Facebook's robots! I am still disabled; I just resubmitted my ID and the form again!!!

Instead of saying "we will contact you when we have reviewed your ID," it showed me that I was disabled as if I hadn't sent my documents!
The worst part is that I've never done anything wrong on here, never argued with anyone on the platform, I post very little, and it's IMPOSSIBLE to know what I'm being accused of!!!
Meanwhile, fake accounts on Facebook are untouchable and NEVER checked!!!
How much longer will this ongoing harassment last?!!!! Are we doing this to fake accounts that we keep reporting, which Facebook covers and refuses to verify?!!! I have already sent this photo more than 10 times in the last few weeks!!! Meanwhile, thousands of fake accounts that we report, Facebook refuses to check; we get the usual standard rejection response even for "zozo the clown"!!!
