Even pressing the power on/off and volume down at the same time doesn’t work.

    Hello,

    Normally you should find your captures in the Gallery app, in the Screenshots album.

    and/or

    It’s very hard to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it isn’t there...

        In the settings, Advanced features, motions and gestures, check Sweep to capture.
