setting up the servimat decoder Solved

Question

Hello I recently purchased a Servimat TNTsat Vega HD decoder and I'm having trouble getting it set up. Here are the settings AV parameters  image format=16/9  hd format=1080i  digital output=Off  channel search  astra 19°2  diseqc=none  lnb=09750/10600  transponder=11856/27500 I have a signal at the decoder input, and still, I get 0% signal and 0% quality. Could you guide me in my troubleshooting? Thank you Claude

To orient the antenna, use this site: https://www.dishpointer.com/ Enter your address and then choose from the list 19.2° E (Astra 19.2° East), place the target at the location of your dish, and use a landmark (tree, house) for orientation. At the bottom right of the map, you have the elevation, azimuth, and the direction of rotation in degrees of the head in its bracket (polarization adjustment) last line "LNB Skew". Also use the bar graphs on the decoder by communicating with someone in front of the screen by phone to fine-tune the adjustment, which should usually be done with a satellite meter.   -- I call a spade a spade *  *in French in the text
