Hello,
I tried to look online for how to access the BIOS of my PC (Samsung Windows 10)
but I still can't get in
I have tried both methods: tapping F2 or ESC during startup or from the settings, but I can't find it
help me!

It can be any F key (from F1 to F12) but also the Delete key
Personally, my BIOS is accessible via F11

Hello,
In principle, you start your PC and then press (tap every 1 second) the F2 key on the keyboard
Disable Fast Startup in Windows 10
Right-click on the Start button or press the Windows + X key combination
Power Options
Then go to Additional Power Settings
In the left section
Click on → Choose what the power buttons do
Click on → Change settings that are currently unavailable
Uncheck the box --► Enable fast startup (recommended)
In video here
Restart the PC then shut it down
Try the F2 key again
Another solution from the functioning PC
With the UEFI firmware
the simplest
Start Button --> Settings (gear icon) --> Update & Security --> Recovery
In the right pane → Restart now
Then
Troubleshoot → Advanced options → Change UEFI firmware settings
Now you are in the BIOS.

What is your PC originally?
Windows 7 or 10?
I would like to install a 64-bit version of Windows because I have the 32-bit one.
Do you know if you have a 32 or 64-bit Windows?
Look at the label on your PC or your purchase invoice.
You can reinstall Windows with an ISO of your version; just right-click on the ISO, then mount it and finally run the setup.
For the BIOS, you can try carefully removing the battery, waiting 10 minutes, then putting it back, hoping it's a desktop PC, as access is more difficult on a laptop.

How did you install this 32-bit version of Windows 7?
Have you activated Windows?
Whichever version you have, you need a license
Do you have the sticker on your PC with the license?
You haven't answered whether you originally had Windows 7 (32 or 64 bit)?
You don’t randomly install a version of Windows
it has to be compatible, and that's what we would like to know
info:
With the ISO you can upgrade Windows 7

You have the option to reset it to factory settings, but if none of the keys from F1 to F10 work, then I don't see any other explanation aside from a hardware issue like your keyboard or a BIOS update (but drivers are intended for Windows 8, so it’s very unlikely, if not impossible, to find one for Windows 7).
Try using an external USB keyboard.
Don't worry about the license
Well, yes, we can be concerned.
If you install Windows 7, you would need to buy a license; otherwise, you are not in compliance with the CCM guidelines, and then we won't be able to help you, and the thread will be closed.
How do you plan to activate it?
Moreover, you are not sure you'll have all the drivers for the proper functioning of the PC since your PC is a Windows 8.
