Hello,
I have a document of a few pages saved in A4 that I would like to convert to 2xA5.
There are a few solutions on Google, often the same one, but they do not match what I am looking for. I already have my document, with all the formatting, and I simply want what I have on one A4 page to be reduced to half an A5.
Basically, what I need is exactly the function that allows printing this same document as a booklet. Except that I don't want to print it, I want to save it.

Any ideas, please?

Hello.

You say, " I have a document of a few pages saved in A4 "
and also "what I have on an A4 page should be reduced to half A5 "
That's not easy to understand!
Your document currently fits on 2 A4 pages and you want to print it on 4 A5 pages while keeping the font size the same?
In Word, you just need to go to LAYOUT, select Size
A5
and Orientation
Landscape
.
But in the printer settings, you need to select the Booklet mode if it exists; if it doesn’t, you’ll need to cut and paste page 1 into the fourth page...

You'd be better off doing this work in Publisher!

Hello,
Indeed, I got a bit tangled up: switching from A4 portrait to half A4 landscape is more relevant.
And no, the font size and the size of the images should not be maintained, but reduced to fit this smaller format. What I have on two A4 pages in portrait should be reduced to one A4 page in landscape.
On my A4 pages in portrait, if on page 1 I have a photo of Mireille, and on page 2 a photo of the Eiffel Tower, I need to have Mireille on the left and the Eiffel Tower on the right on a single A4 page in landscape.

I don’t have Publisher, and more importantly, I already have my documents; I just need to reduce their size.

Thank you anyway.
