Hello,
I recently got a Wiko Sunny and when I receive an incoming call, no matter how much I tap on the screen where it indicates, I can't answer the call. There's nothing else on the phone to take calls.
I also tried to leave a voicemail for a recipient and suddenly the screen changed; I could never hang up my phone.
Moreover, I constantly have a message on the screen when I turn it on saying "there are missing phone and SMS permissions, check the permissions settings," but I don't know where to go for this.
Thank you for your help because I'm not a whiz with smartphones!!

How to answer a call or communication on Wiko Sunny
You will see that this operation is quite easy once you know how to do it. When your contact calls you, the lower part of your screen will be divided into two sections on your Wiko Sunny:
One part in green, to answer the call
One part in red, to reject the call
These two parts, in green and red, are equipped with a small phone-shaped logo for easy identification. You guessed it, to answer the call you need to focus on the green section. You will then need to slide your finger horizontally across this green section to answer the call. This operation can be tricky at first. We therefore advise you to hold your Wiko Sunny firmly with one hand while sliding with the other. This way, you will be less likely to make a false move. You are now ready to talk with your contact on the other end of the line.
You have the option not to answer an incoming call on your Wiko Sunny. To do this, simply slide your finger horizontally across the section that appears in red when the contact calls you. The person on the other end will then go directly to your voicemail and you can remain undisturbed if you wish.
