My phone purchased yesterday refuses incoming calls. I can't swipe the screen to the right (or the left)!

    Yes. From the beginning. That's why I thought it was a software bug... and I downloaded the update. There's an app that might be able to fix this? Classic computing doesn't help me much!

      Have you tried a factory reset?
