Hello,
today I lost my phone at the beach.
Someone found it and kindly called my mom to let her know. So I got it back.
However, at the time! I wanted to locate my phone and it didn't work. It's an Android, and I tested it with Google's service. My phone was off.
My question: how can I precisely locate a smartphone (i.e., the street name)? For example, with the phone number. And without anything installed on it beforehand (no app).
Thanks!

Hi there
You cannot geolocate a turned-off phone.

EDIT: with location history, it is possible to know where it was... as long as it was still functioning.

All it takes is for someone to turn off their Wi-Fi or mobile data for them to no longer be found.
Are you talking about the cell towers where he was "seen" last, information accessible by the police?
