I sent an email a week ago, and I received an auto-reply. I would like to know if this means that the person has read my email or not?
My second question is how to resend an email that is in the sent mails to the same recipient.

Hello,
an automatic reply is automatically sent by the mail server. The person may not have necessarily seen your message. The server sends you an automatic response because the recipient has set that up in their email account.
To resend an already sent mail to the same person, simply go to the sent messages, open the email, and click on Forward. Then, re-enter the recipient's email address and click Send.
