Refusal to launch DOS command "CHKDSK C:/R"

The launch of this command is denied to me:

Access denied, you do not have sufficient privileges.
You must invoke this utility in elevated execution mode.

    Hello,

    Thank you for leaving the polite remarks.

    You need to launch the command prompt as an administrator
    => right-click and then run as administrator on it.
    Principle of UAC.
