You do not have sufficient access to uninstall.

Try using Revo uninstaller
and if necessary in safe mode.

Since you can't start in safe mode.
At startup, press F8 directly for safe mode.

Now, utorrent installs in C: -> Users -> your name -> Appdata -> Roaming -> utorrent (no longer in program files)

Your privileges on these folders may not be high enough.

I forgot to mention that I am indeed the administrator of my PC.

I’ve already tried both, so there’s Revo Uninstaller that crashes in the middle of the uninstallation and safe mode I’ll try again.

Hello again, so safe mode won't load, I forgot to mention that all the other programs can uninstall without any problem.

What operating system do you have on your PC? XP, Vista, WIN 7-8-8.1.

I downloaded it from its official site, it's µtorrent I haven't downloaded ANY torrent (ok I know it's pointless to install it x)

But you downloaded a software that probably installs uTorrent without your knowledge.

Download it here > ADWCleaner < Click on Scan and then on Clean

2. I ran the scans again, and it didn't find anything.
3. I don't have any strange µTorrent files, do I?

I haven't downloaded any torrents from torrent sites.

But you may have downloaded a program that also installs uTorrent.

It's strange because, in fact, I reinstalled µtorrent without any issues, it runs (which it didn't do before) and still the same problem. I tried the
super-administrator mode and nothing! I have the impression that there are two µtorrent:

a piece of junk
the real µtorrent
It tells me that the publisher is BitTorrent INC, which seems official to me 0.0

But why reinstall uTorrent when it was uninstalled?
To uninstall, go to Programs and Features.
If that doesn't work, go to Computer, click on your hard drive and go to Program Files x86 and into Programs. See if you can uninstall it from there.
