How to format a hard drive?

Hello everyone, I have the same problem as Carap and I want to format it because, first of all:

on my local disk, I only have 37GB and 6GB free, which is very strange because one of my friends who has an older PC than mine told me that his local disk was 150GB, but next to the local disk C, I have a second hard drive named Document D which has a total size of 151GB, so I don't know if having 2 hard drives is the reason why I only have 37GB in the first one or if it's due to something else

that was the first problem, the second is that on the first hard drive, I only have 6GB free, and I have deleted a lot of programs and everything, I did a thorough cleanup, I deleted everything I could, unfortunately, I still have only 7.35GB free, can you help me please

Good evening, I had the same problem, my hard drive wouldn't format, and instead of reinstalling everything, there's an easier way.
Start menu > MSCONFIG > SERVICES > enable all *
Start menu > MSCONFIG > Startup > enable all *
Apply, OK and restart your system. I hope I was able to help you.
