And I've been having the same problem for a week. They keep telling me they're working on it!!!!
And since then, I can't log into my account because the username is incorrect.
I click to have it resent, and they send me the same thing.
I am angry.
Can a contract be canceled for non-compliance since they owe us an obligation of results?

I have already done all of this and the ID I enter is the same as the one they send me by email, yet it is still incorrect.
They must have had enough of me contacting them, so by blocking my management interface, they are at peace.
Thank you anyway for replying, it's very nice of you.
I can only reach them on my mobile and I don't have enough time since I only have this left to call.

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my Free landline.
I can call my mobile or Free numbers in France without any issues. But when I call Réunion (974), I don't get any dial tone, then 10 to 20 seconds later, the dial tone is heard very loudly (at a higher volume than usual), but that doesn't mean the call connects (the recipient doesn't actually receive the call).
I have already performed reboots of my Free box as well as hard reboots, but it still doesn't change anything, IT STILL DOESN'T WORK!!!
If anyone has a solution or at least an explanation for this bug, it would be nice to enlighten me, thanks
PS: I am on total unbundling and I don't have any messages in my voicemail (I say this to rule out any doubts regarding the dial tone that might correspond to the presence of a voicemail).

You have correctly connected the filter and telephone connections.
You need 1 ADSL filter per socket and do not connect any telephone to these sockets.

Same problem since February intermittently, no response from Free despite threats, letters to the fraud prevention agency and 60 million consumers. Yet everything is in place: the wires, the 09...

Mon ordinateur n'a pas de virus, mais quand j'appelle un téléphone, il n'y a pas de tonalité. Est-ce normal ? J'ai déjà changé deux fois de téléphone en plus.
