Hello everyone,
I ordered a camera from a Fnac retailer and received an email on Friday, May 5th, saying it had been shipped (it's coming from the United Kingdom).
I logged in today (Wednesday, May 10th) to the postal service website to enter my tracking number and The postal service informed me on May 8th that the package "is ready to be shipped; it will be handed over to the postal service",
and for the location, the site shows "Parcel Platform".
Does anyone know if this is normal? This camera cost me €1300 and I really hope I haven't made a mistake...

Hello;
This means that the sender has filled out their shipping slip with their Colissimo tracking number, but the post office has not yet taken it into charge.
You should have additional information soon! (you need to be patient, especially if this package is coming from Great Britain). It regularly happens that there is a lag between reality and the updating of information.
