Hello, I ordered parts for my scooter on Bécanerie on Saturday, my package has been in transit since yesterday, location package platform but what is it? And where is it? Thank you for clarifying this for me, please. I would like to specify that it is a Colissimo relay package supposed to be delivered to a post office within 24/48 hours.

The parcel platform is a sorting or distribution center for parcels, where incoming or outgoing parcels are gathered to be delivered to the courier who leaves the parcel at the post office.
As for the 24/48h timeframe, it's important to note that this refers to the period starting from the moment the carrier takes charge of the parcel (here, Colissimo) from the seller.
