SAMSUNG TV issue "UNAVAILABLE"

Hello,

Overnight, my SAMSUNG television stopped responding to anything. When I press any button on the remote, the television stays on the same channel or it shows the message UNAVAILABLE.
How can I fix this?
Knowing that I have no buttons on the television and that I tested to see if the problem was with the LED of the remote using a camera.

    Hello,
    Try unplugging the power supply, wait a quarter of an hour and plug it back in.
    If that doesn't work and you have access to the menu, do a reset (factory settings), but you'll have to redo the entire installation.
