Hello, my TV changes its source by itself every 2 to 3 minutes continuously. Does anyone have a solution? Thank you very much.

Hello....
Some TVs have a "zap" button, but it's rare... still, take a look!
If Andy's tip (Hello to you!) isn't enough, try removing the batteries from the remote and see if it continues...
Do all the channels play in sequence, in order?
Best regards,
@+
PS: we should check if the delay between two channels is the same or not....

Sorry, but I could only find a manual in German...

You should be able to find it by browsing the menus

You provided the reference of the remote control, the reference of the TV is on a plate at the back

Moreover, I think it's something really simple, because it was working perfectly in satellite mode. I moved the TV and it didn't work for 2 months. I had researched the TV in antenna mode, and I think I may have messed something up. It's in satellite mode and works on one source perfectly, except that it switches sources every minute. If that can help you help me.

Hello and welcome,
Try unplugging the power supply, wait a quarter of an hour, and plug it back in.
If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, perform a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.
